文化传承视角下历史古镇旅游景点活化利用与创新发展探析

历史古镇是承载地域传统文化、历史底蕴与民俗风情的重要载体，拥有古建筑、古街巷、老民俗、老技艺等稀缺文旅资源，是文旅产业中极具特色的人文旅游景点。在文旅融合发展的大背景下，历史古镇不再仅仅是历史景观展示地，更是传统文化传播、非遗传承、研学体验的重要平台，活化利用古镇资源具有重要文化与经济价值。
当前多数历史古镇旅游发展存在严重误区，过度商业化改造现象普遍，大量拆除原生古建、翻新仿古商铺，引入网红小吃、连锁店铺，丢失古镇原有历史底蕴与人文特色。部分古镇文物保护力度不足，古建筑风化破损、违规改造问题严重，历史风貌遭到破坏。同时游玩模式单一，以逛街观光为主，缺乏沉浸式文化体验项目，游客体验感较差。
历史古镇发展需坚持保护优先、活化赋能的理念，严格保护古建筑、古街巷、古遗址等历史遗存，保留古镇原生风貌与历史韵味。摒弃过度商业化改造，深耕古镇历史故事、民俗非遗、传统技艺，打造非遗体验、古镇研学、古风沉浸式游玩等特色项目。合理规划商业业态，植入本土特色美食、手作、文创产品，替代同质化网红商业。以文化赋能旅游，以旅游传承文化，实现历史古镇长效活化与创新发展。
