家庭教育中时间管理能力培养的价值与高效培养方法研究

时间管理能力是自律能力的核心体现，拥有良好时间观念的孩子，作息规律、学习高效、做事有序、自律上进，能够合理分配学习与娱乐时间，稳步提升综合效率。时间管理教育是家庭教育的重要内容，决定孩子的成长效率与发展上限。
当代多数孩子时间观念薄弱，作息混乱、熬夜拖延、学习低效、娱乐无度，根源在于家庭教育缺失时间管理引导。很多家长没有固定家庭作息，生活随意散漫，孩子缺乏时间约束；家长全程包办安排孩子时间，孩子被动服从，不会自主规划、不会合理分配时间；缺乏时间奖惩机制，孩子浪费时间、拖延低效没有相应约束，久而久之养成散漫低效的坏习惯。
