规避隔代教育弊端：宝妈科学协调打造优质家庭教育环境

很多双职工家庭离不开老人帮忙带娃，隔代教育成为普遍的育儿模式，老人的温情陪伴、悉心照料能极大缓解宝妈的育儿压力。但隔代教育存在明显弊端，老人大多溺爱孩子、理念陈旧、管教宽松，容易纵容孩子的不良习惯，和年轻家长的科学育儿理念产生冲突，引发家庭育儿矛盾。
隔代溺爱最容易毁掉孩子，老人过度迁就、无条件满足孩子的物质需求，包容孩子的任性、自私、哭闹，缺乏规则约束和品德教育。长期下来，孩子养成任性妄为、懒散娇气、不懂规矩的性格，自律能力差、抗挫能力弱。同时两代人育儿理念冲突，容易引发家庭矛盾，让孩子养成看人下菜、投机取巧的坏习惯。
宝妈作为育儿主导者，要做好隔代教育协调工作。主动和老人沟通科学育儿理念，委婉纠正溺爱纵容、过度迁就的问题。明确育儿核心责任在父母，老人只负责生活照料，不参与宽松管教。扬长避短，结合老人的温情陪伴优势和父母的科学教育优势，统一育儿标准、坚守教育底线，打造和谐统一的家庭育人环境。
