家庭教育中品德教育的核心地位及生活化实施策略探析

立德树人是教育的根本任务，品德教育是家庭教育的核心与根基。相比于成绩分数，孩子的品行修养、道德品质、人格底色，决定其人生高度与长远发展。家庭教育必须坚持德育为先，将品德培育贯穿成长全过程。
当下功利化教育背景下，很多家庭本末倒置，重智育、轻德育，只关注考试分数，忽视品德修养培育。部分孩子成绩优异，但自私冷漠、不懂感恩、缺乏礼貌、没有担当，甚至出现撒谎失信、欺凌他人、三观偏差等问题。成绩可以弥补，但品德缺陷会影响终身发展，不良品行一旦养成，难以矫正修复，成为人生发展的致命短板。
品德教育重在生活化、常态化，融入日常言行点滴。家长以身作则，坚守诚信善良、礼貌谦和、正直担当的品行，为孩子树立道德榜样。日常教导孩子尊老爱幼、尊师重友、诚实守信、懂得感恩、乐于助人。在生活小事中引导孩子明辨是非、区分善恶、坚守底线，培养责任意识与公德心。摒弃唯分数论，坚持德育为先、育人为本，让孩子先成人、后成才，以优良品德筑牢人生根基。
