家庭教育中感恩教育的缺失现状及常态化感恩培育路径探析

感恩是中华民族的传统美德，也是青少年必备的基本品德。感恩教育能够培养孩子善良通透、懂得珍惜、心存敬畏的优良品性，助力孩子健全人格、和谐人际。当下很多家庭感恩教育缺失，孩子普遍存在不懂感恩、自私自利、理所当然的心态。
很多家庭过度溺爱孩子，无条件满足物质需求、全程包办生活琐事，让孩子习惯索取、不懂回报，认为父母的付出理所当然。家长过度付出、不懂示弱，不让孩子参与劳动、体会辛苦，导致孩子无法感知父母辛劳，缺乏共情能力与感恩之心。部分孩子肆意挥霍、任性叛逆、不知珍惜，对家人冷漠自私，不懂体谅付出，感恩意识严重缺失。
常态化开展感恩教育，家长需要适度放手，让孩子参与家庭劳动、体会生活不易，感知父母付出的辛苦。减少无条件溺爱与过度满足，适当延迟满足，让孩子懂得珍惜所得、感恩拥有。日常言传身教，教会孩子尊师感恩、孝亲敬老、善待他人。通过生活小事渗透感恩教育，引导孩子心存善意、懂得回馈、学会体谅。持续的感恩滋养，能够塑造孩子善良温暖的品格，培育健全人格。
