2026年水稻主产区全面推行绿色高质高效种植模式，聚焦节水、节肥、节药、提质、增产、环保六大核心目标，革新传统水稻种植方式，通过科学育秧、绿色防控、精准水肥管理，推动水稻种植从粗放增产向优质绿色高效转型，助力粮食产业高质量、可持续发展。
各地摒弃大水大肥、过量用药的传统种植陋习，全面推广旱育稀植、机械插秧、深水护苗等科学育秧技术，培育健壮水稻秧苗，提升秧苗抗逆能力。田间管理环节推行测土配方施肥，根据土壤肥力精准配比肥料，减少化肥滥用；采用杀虫灯、性诱剂、生物农药等绿色防控技术，替代传统化学农药，有效降低农残污染。
同时主产区全面推进水稻全程机械化作业，从育秧、插秧、植保到收割、烘干一体化作业，大幅提升生产效率，降低人工成本与粮食损耗。绿色种植模式下产出的水稻米粒饱满、口感更佳、农残更低，优质稻米市场认可度持续提升。水稻绿色高质种植技术的普及，既稳定了水稻产能、提升粮食品质，又保护了农田生态环境，实现粮食生产、生态保护、农户增收三方共赢。
